The Mexican Grill is a family-owned business that has been around for a few decades. Here is where it all began:

In 1965, Emilio Hernandez immigrated to America with his family from Mexico. With his family, he has carried on his generations of family recipes that is full of spices and flavor. Eventually, he started cooking for his friends who suggested that he open a restaurant. With that, The Mexican Grill was born.
